I wouldn’t recommend
Pros.
Close to the north part of the island.
Very friendly and helpful personnel.
Convenient parking.
Cons.
Close to wastewater, former salt lakes. Expect mosquitos.
Too loud at night at houses near the road.
Strange smell in houses.
Old furniture.
